NOW Productions produced, in co-operation with TV NOVA, the first series of Undercover Boss in the Czech Republic. Undercover Boss is the multi-awarded international hit reality series where bosses slip anonymously into the lowest level jobs within their companies, get their hands dirty with the rank and file, and find out what their employees really think of them and discover how smoothly their companies are really run. It’s an experience that transforms the bosses and the people who work for them.

The Czech version explored businesses ranging from hotels to security to pet food to portable sanitation and was the highest rating show of the day throughout its run.
